1.1 Private and dealer advertisements for used guns will be listed for a period of 3 months unless sold prior.

1.2 Private sellers must inform Ozusedguns.com.au immediately upon selling their item. Dealers can mark items as sold through their dealer login.

1.3 Dealers have the option to adjust the price of their listed items through their dealer login. Private sellers must notify Ozusedguns.com.au of any price adjustments.

2. Dealer Banners

2.1 Dealer banners may be displayed on the website and remain valid for 1 year from the date of placement.

2.2 Renewal of dealer banners must be arranged prior to expiration to ensure uninterrupted display on Ozusedguns.com.au.

3. Interstate Firearm Purchases

3.1 Purchases of firearms from sellers located in different states require dealer-to-dealer transfer.

3.2 Sellers must arrange for shipment of the firearm to the buyer's local licensed dealer. Transfer fees and freight costs are to be agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

3.3 Upon obtaining the necessary Permit to Acquire, the buyer can collect the firearm from their local dealer.

4. Sale Confirmation

4.1 Sellers who have received a deposit or successfully sold their item must promptly inform Ozusedguns.com.au to update the listing status to 'sold'.

4.2 Sellers should provide the advertisement ID when notifying Ozusedguns.com.au. This information is available in the ad confirmation email.

5. Fraud Prevention

5.1 Ozusedguns.com.au requires license details when listing an advertisement to mitigate risks associated with fraudulent activities.

5.2 Users are advised to exercise caution when buying or selling firearms online. Avoid involving third parties and verify the buyer's or seller's firearm license.

6. Advertisement Content Guidelines

6.1 Advertisements must include accurate and detailed information about the listed item.

6.2 Advertisements must not contain illegal, discriminatory, false, misleading, or deceptive content, nor include references or links to other websites.

6.3 Photos accompanying advertisements must be appropriate and accurately represent the listed item.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment for advertisement display fees is to be made via direct banking into an account provided by Ozusedguns.com.au. Secure layer protocol is used for payment processing to ensure the security of transactions.

8. Cancellation and Withdrawal

8.1 Ozusedguns.com.au reserves the right to cancel or withdraw advertisements that breach this contract.

8.2 If an advertisement is cancelled or withdrawn due to breach, the seller's remedy is restricted to re-publication of the advertisement for the remaining agreed period. The seller remains liable for the full contract price and is not entitled to a refund or credit.

9. Limitation of Ozusedguns.com.au's Role

9.1 Ozusedguns.com.au provides a platform for advertising used guns and does not engage in the purchase, sale, or closing of deals between buyers and sellers.

9.2 All purchases must be conducted or transferred in the presence of a licensed firearm dealer.

9.3 Ozusedguns.com.au does not endorse or participate in transactions involving third parties. Buyers and sellers are advised to deal directly with each other.
